With its range of lookbooks and low-key demonstrations, Pre-Fall isn’t regarded a big season for design minutes, but get out to Givenchy to tremble things up. Innovative home Riccardo Tisci is known for his surprising castings, and for the brand’s newest selection he discovered a clean experience in Victoria’s Key Angel Elsa Hosk. With images of Hosk’s popular bombshell whole body protected across VS traditional globally, it’s no wonder that she’s defeated a direction on the hotter part of the market. The new Givenchy images take the look of this 28-year-old Remedial design in the other direction; wearing bleached eyebrows and thigh-high dark shoes used with a logo-covered hoodie, she provides awesome in scoops.
Hosk is the newest in an increasing record of VS celebrities who’ve created the jump to designer, following in the actions of other Angels (and Givenchy favorites) Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel. Next to driveway regulars like the stately Iselin Steiro and girl-of-the-moment Frederikke Sofie, Hosk suits right in, and delivers a welcome part of shock and enjoyment to Tisci’s unique group of lovely females.
