Whoever takes house the huge award in HGTV Desire Home Free gift 2017 will be handled to a $1.7 million house right on the Atlanta shore.
The TV system declared on Wed that this year's award house is on St. Simons Isle in south east Atlanta.
The house, initially built in the 1980's, was renewed by interior decorator Mark Meat Flynn in an pain-killer he explains as Southeast Adjusting.
"The wonderful beach place of St. Simons will do the job as a 'dreamy' place where our lovers can see themselves soothing by the lawn fire pit or hosting friends by the share," said Ron Feinbaum, gm and mature vice chairman of Home Special offers for Scripps Systems Entertaining.

The champion will also drive away with $250,000 from attract Speed up Loans in a new Ford Lead.
In an explanation of the house, the system described the main liveable space structure as being "entertaining-savy" while presenting "muted, dirty colors combined with shiny white wines."
The three bed rooms and four washrooms, meanwhile, take hints from the encompassing characteristics with "shades of green, and the fairly neutral browns" that are described as a "nod to the encompassing seashores."
For those interested in more private rich waters than the beach, the house also includes a share.
