Nebraska gamers miffed by ESPN's GameDay giggling

Nebraska sportsmen either saw or observed about the minute-long giggle-and-wink period ESPN's Higher education Game-Day experts had about whether the Huskers, at 5-0, were for sure.

They were not happy about it.

"They giggled at us for Five moments," protection Kieron Williams said. "They couldn’t even get through the section because it was so crazy, that we’re not a serious group."

"I took that as disrespect to me and that was disrespect to this group and this training employees, to laugh about us on nationwide TV," said younger corner-back Frank Jackson, who had an interception come back for a landing. "This win just reveals — we're not a group to have fun with this season."

Jones did not observe the Game-Day video as it originally broadcasted, but he saw it on Facebook or my space.

Linebacker Eileen Rose-Ivey said gamer are not trying to confirm experts incorrect so much as confirm themselves right.

"If we can use it for inspiration, we're definitely going to do that," Rose-Ivey said of experts.

Said linebacker Josh Band-eras: "We want to be taken seriously. We've put in the task, we're 6-0. Not many groups in the nation are 6-0. No issue who you perform. You have to come out and perform all the games. Regardless of who's the challenger. If it was simple, everybody would be 6-0. We've done the task we required to do, and it would be awesome to be famous for it, but if announcers and individuals like that don't, then whatever."

Band-eras said a lot of gamer viewed the complete Game-Day section on Nebraska, which presented some behind-the-scenes moments with trainer Scott Riley. After the section, ESPN experts bandied about whether Nebraska was for sure as a top-10 group.

"When you awaken to having a laugh, understanding our lovers, everybody's going to ensure that everyone knows that individuals were poking fun at us," Banderas said.
