Randy Travis sings 'Amazing Grace' three years after debilitating

randy travis country hall of fame

Randy Travis introduced the Nation Songs Area of Popularity viewers to crying Weekend evening.

The country music celebrity, who was being awarded with a hall, took the stage and conducted a few lines from "Amazing Elegance." Travis experienced a center stroke three decades ago which affected his ability to walk and affected his oral notes.
Travis was standing up from his rim seat and -- with his spouse Mary-Davis Travis and his long time friend Garth Streams by his side -- he conducted the impressive music. He obtained a standing ovation when he completed.

"Randy looked loss of life in the face, but loss of life blinked," Travis' spouse told the listeners. "Today, God's evidence of magic appears before you."
Travis, a seven-time Grammy-winner, was put in the hospital in 2013 for a condition known as popular cardiomyopathy, an issue in which a virus strikes the muscles of the center, resulting in it to overcome more gradually. That led to congestive center failing, which triggered the center stroke. Travis' spouse exposed Weekend evening that her spouse had gone through several operations and physical rehabilitation over the last three decades.
Some of country music's greatest celebrities were present, such as Kaira Paisley, Mike Gibbons and Dolly Patton. Also inducted were Charlie Daniels and manufacturer Sam Promote.
